Mobile Game Station Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payments
    • A non-refundable deposit of £60 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.
    • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is cleared. Until then, your selected time slot remains open for other bookings.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    • Deposits are non-refundable. However, if a cancellation occurs with at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit can be applied to a rescheduled booking.
    • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in full payment being due.
  3. Unforeseen Circumstances
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, technical issues, or illness. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund if a new date cannot be arranged.
  4. Liability
    • Mobile Game Station will not be held liable for any damage to property caused by our vehicle, provided reasonable precautions have been taken by the client (e.g., ensuring suitable parking). In case of a technical failure, we will either reschedule or offer a refund.
    • We will not be held responsible for delays due to traffic or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of late arrival, we will ensure that the full session time is provided.
  5. Damages
    • Any damage to our equipment caused by deliberate misuse will be charged to the person who made the booking.
    • Report all damages immediately to staff members.
  6. Parking Requirements
    • The client is responsible for arranging a parking space that can safely accommodate a vehicle of 8m x 2.5m, with no parking restrictions (e.g., yellow lines). The van must have adequate parking with an unobstructed view of the sky to ensure a strong Starlink connection for Wi-Fi. If parking is inadequate, we reserve the right to cancel the event without a refund.
    • The van will not be parked where we may receive a fine or block footpaths.
  7. Age-Appropriate Gaming and Supervision
    • The person booking the party is responsible for informing us of any restrictions regarding game ratings (e.g., PEGI 12, 16, 18). Failure to provide this information will result in age-appropriate restrictions based on the guests’ ages.
    • Children under the age of 7 must be supervised at all times by an adult.
  8. Food, Drink, and Behaviour
    • No food or drinks are allowed in the gaming van. Any person found violating this rule will be asked to leave.
    • We operate a zero-tolerance policy for bad language, aggressive behavior, or any actions that endanger staff or participants. In such cases, the session will be terminated, and no refund will be issued.
  9. Game Updates
    • We strive to keep all our games up to date. However, it is possible that a new game update may be released just before your event, and we may not be able to install it in time. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by game updates that cannot be completed before your event. We will do our best to ensure all games are functional and up to date.
  10. Media Rights
  • We may take photographs or videos during the event for marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the event.
  1. Health and Safety
  • We enforce a strict no-smoking policy inside the vehicle.
  • All participants are expected to follow instructions from our staff to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
